I would have posted this sooner but I had to be sure to test them first. I take no credit for this idea, it is all from Ruth Soukup of Living Well Spending Less (checkout her blog, it’s wonderful). The only caveat I will add is that when you leave them out overnight make sure they are uncovered. Also, although my sprinkles were a little easier than the food coloring, I think her method is probably better and cleaner. I made printable PeppermintMarshmallowRecipeCards from the image on her site also.. be sure to leave her website on there if you use them. Enjoy, and Merry Christmas!
