Shamrock Virginia Beach Half-Marathon Motivator

Registration is paid… I’m committed! After a month of racking my brain how I can stay motivated to exercise after I leave my parents’ house and a conversation with my father-in-law last night where he admitted he hoped someday to run a marathon, I decided. For myself, I know that regardless whether I’m available to run it or not, I will exercise more if I’m committed… and that’s really all that matters. I have done three in the past and it’s worked every time. Anyone interested in joining us, you have 6-months to train and walkers are welcome!
