Drawing on my Tomboy Knowledge

If you haven’t been able to guess from some previous posts, or you are new to Beyond the Sippy Cup, I am a Tomboy.   I am okay with that.  You know what?  I am more than okay with it!  I am comfortable and proud of the fact that I am a Tomboy!

I have 3 little girls that are NOT Tomboys.  Even my middle one, whom likes her skulls and cross bones, she likes them with a little pink bow on it.  I watch Al 3 times a week, and he is ALL boy.  He is educating my girls on the super heroes.  Al and Shush had an argument on the way to school this morning if Batman could fly.  I had to dig back all the way through my mommy brain and into my childhood to pull out my DC/Marvel knowledge.  The answer is…. No, Batman does not fly.  At least not like Superman flies.  Batman has all the cool gadgets like grappling guns and jet packs.  It’s all in his utility belt.  I actually impressed a 4 year old this morning, and I’m going to brag about it!  Whoot Whoot!  Go Mommy!
