Is he the Dentist or just Evil?

I made an emergency trip to the dentist today.  I woke up this morning and my gum was swollen over my molar.  There are a couple of dentists that work out of my dentist’s office.  I usually go to Dr. Simony.  I really like him.  I have been his patient for 9 years.  Well, he has the nerve to go on a vacation!  How dare he!  (only joking).  So I had to see his associate (we will just call him Dr. D.).  So I go in and I have seen Dr. D in the office before although never been seen by him.  He pokes around in the affected area, orders an X-ray that causes more pain and then proceeds to tell me that either I need a root canal, or I just cut the inside of my mouth when I ate something.  So he hands me a script for an antibiotic he tells me if the pain gets worse to fill the script, then I’ll need the root canal.  Did I mention that it is Thursday, and tomorrow is good Friday and then Easter is Sunday?   I have kids home from school and big plans.  I do not have time for all this nonsense.

Now you are thinking to yourselves “what is her problem?  It sounds like he was completely reasonable with his exam and explanation.”  And he was.  He was nice and polite and explained everything that need to be explained.  My problem is that he looks like a GQ model.  I have rules bout my doctors!  They can NOT be cute, overly attractive or youngish!  I have these rules in place because the LAST thing I want when I feel like crap is a cute guy checking me out (literally) while I breathe my dragon breath on him!
