So I missed the show last year because taking a 7-month old who would only want to crawl around on the ground the entire time seemed like it would be more work than it was worth. This year, we are all set with a house rented, car reserved, and the whole family is meeting Grandpa in Rockford tomorrow!! My now 20-month old sees any airplane and gets excited so I can’t wait to see his reaction to the 100+ Bonanzas and Barons on the ramp there. His first non-airline flight will be in a 100+ ship formation to Oshkosh, hope he remembers this… if not, there’ll be plenty of scrapbook pages to help!
